● For General Admission (Free Standing), only individuals aged 14 years old and above are permitted. Pregnant women and patrons with medical conditions will not be permitted entry.
Babies and toddlers are strictly not allowed.

● For reserved seating, only individuals aged 5 years old and above are permitted. However, they must be accompanied by a ticket holder aged 18 years old and above.

We urge all fans of the concert to adhere closely to all our local sensitivities by dressing up accordingly. 

⛔ All types of professional cameras and drones are prohibited and will be denied entry, and will be confiscated if found being used at the event.

⛔ Video and audio recording devices are strictly prohibited. Tapes, films, or other recordings may also be destroyed. Those who violate the rules will be asked to leave the venue and restricted from entry.

⛔Please follow the event regulations. The organizer might restrict those who violate the regulations and reserve the right to pursue legal actions.⛔

In creating a memorable atmosphere for all concert goers, please be mindful of the local culture and sensitivities in Malaysia and avoid displaying props or items that may cause discomfort  to others. ● Enhanced security checks are in place on arrival at National Stadium, we ask you to please support and cooperate fully so our team can efficiently carry out these measures to ensure your safety and make sure you are inside the stadium for the show.

● Kindly keep your personal belongings to a minimum and only bring your essentials. Please do not bring large bags, as these will not be allowed into the venue.

● For the safety of our audience, a security check is required upon entry. No suitcase is allowed. Any items against security regulations will not be allowed entry.

● There are storage counters located around the venue for any items not allowed in the venue. RM15 per items stored. Only credit/debit card will be accepted.

We strongly encourage you to use public transport to get to the venue. Using public transport is the easiest, safest, and fastest way to National Stadium Bukit Jalil.

Please take Sri Petaling Line to Bukit Jalil LRT station. The stadium is an 8-minute walk from the LRT Station. Let's reduce our carbon footprint by taking public transport! Make sure your Touch ‘n Go card have sufficient balance!

Bukit Jalil LRT Station will be operating until 1AM. Interchange Stations will also be extended for commuters to reach their destinations.

Parking at the Stadium is wholly operated and managed by Perbadanan Stadium Malaysia and its authorised parking contractor. Please visit www.stadium.gov.my for more information.

There's very limited parking space available at the stadium, you can explore the additional car park available below:

To avoid getting stuck in traffic, you may arrange for a pick-up/drop-off at National Hockey Stadium.

● We urge all fans of the concert to adhere closely to all our local sensitivities by dressing up accordingly. 

● Comfortable clothes are recommended! As for standing zone ticket holders, kindly wear covered shoes to stay away from any potential injuries. No HEELS are allowed in the standing zone!

As it is an outdoor event, we strongly recommended that you prepare a reusable raincoat in advance (No disposable raincoat). Helmets and umbrellas will not be permitted into the venue. Patrons are advised to stow their helmets and umbrellas prior to entering the venue.

● Join us in harmonizing with Coldplay's sustainability mission! Please recycle and sort your waste into designated bins: Plastic, Paper, Metal, General Waste, and Organic which are located around the venue.

● Empty refillable bottles will be permitted into the venue for SEATED FANS ONLY. If you have a GA floor ticket you will not be allowed to bring a bottle, due to security restrictions. PLEASE NOTE - no larger than 1 litre, and no metal (steel, aluminium, etc) or glass will be allowed.

● Water stations will be available throughout the concourse, field area, and outside the gates. Help us cut down on waste by reusing and refilling.

● Reduce trips and emissions by carpooling on Grab's GrabShare service from the concert venue and save up to 20%.

● Hopping on the LRT to the Coldplay concert is another great way to reduce your carbon emissions, avoid traffic and support public transportation.

● You can access your E-ticket(s) from MyEvents where you can screenshot/download/present your E-ticket(s) on your mobile phone/device for scanning

● If your E-ticket(s) are not showing on MyEvents, please check your Purchase History for your Booking Confirmation where you will be able to check for your E-ticket.

● You can access the Purchase History from the featured tab on the GoLive Website or App 

● In the event that you only possess the booking confirmation and do not have access to the E-ticket, please make your way to the Box Office for assistance after exhausting all the other options

● If your ticket is invalid or has been scanned already, your entry to the show will be denied and you can proceed to the box office to file an incident report regarding this issue. 

● Please be mindful that your tickets are your responsibility as we are not liable for any leakage on your end
