● General Admission and Box ticket holders must collect their wristbands at the stipulated time & date before entering the performance hall. You are required to present your valid e-ticket during redemption for verification purposes.
● A wristband will be issued for General Admission ticket holder.
● A maximum of six (6) wristbands per box will be issued to the Box ticket holder.
●Schedule and timing are subject to change due to on-site situations.
⍟ VIP Experience Arrangement
⏰ Est VIP Wristband Redemption Time：4:00 PM ~ 4:45 PM
⭐ VIP Wristband Redemption Location: Level LG1, MGB
⏰ Est VIP Door Time：5:00 PM
● The group photo session with the artists will be held in a group of 10. An exclusive autographed poster will be distributed after the VIP experience, and uncollected items will be forfeited.
● One same-day concert ticket per person is required to participate in the VIP Experience. Tickets will be verified upon attendance. If a customer fails to provide both a same-day concert ticket and a VIP Experience ticket, no entry will be permitted, and no refunds will be given.
● Please note that no latecomers will be entertained. You must show up at the stipulated date and time to redeem your VIP privileges.
● If participants fail to comply with the instructions given by the on-site staff, the organizer reserves the right to refuse their participation in the VIP Experience.

⍟ Merchandise Booth @ Ground Floor, MGB
● Operating Hours: 4:00 PM～11:00 PM (while stocks last)
● Credit and Debit Card Payment ONLY
● Please bring your own bag as bags will not be provided upon purchase
● Please ensure the products you have purchased are correct
● Exchange of defective products will be possible immediately after the purchase. There will be no refunds or exchanges after you have left the merchandise booth.
● The merchandise booth will operate at the stipulated timing or till stocks last.

● Please retrieve your e-tickets from your GoLive account. You can screenshot/ download the E-ticket(s) in PDF format on your mobile phone/device.
⍟ Security Check
● For the safety of our audience, a security check is required upon entry. No suitcase is allowed. Any items against security regulations will not be allowed entry.
● There is a locker area for any items not allowed in the venue. You can purchase the locker token at the token exchange machine. RM10/20 per token. Only cash will be accepted.

● For General Admission (Free Standing), only individuals aged 14 years old and above are permitted.
● For reserved seating, only individuals aged 6 years old and above are permitted. However, they must be accompanied by a ticket holder aged 18 years old and above.
⛔Latecomers will only be allowed entry at an appropriate time. Late entry cannot be guaranteed.

12. Weapons of any kind & illegal substances
13. Outside Food & Drinks, water bottles/tumblers
⛔ All types of professional cameras and drones are prohibited and will be denied entry and will be confiscated if found being used at the event. Only point-and-shoot cameras (no removable lens) should be allowed into the venue.
⛔ Video and audio recording devices are strictly prohibited. Tapes, films, or other recordings may also be destroyed. Those who violate the rules will be asked to leave the venue and restricted from entry.
⍟ Other Notice
●Gifts for Artist: You may bring gifts to the promoter booth at the box office, from which we will acquire confirmation from the artist and hand over.
Kindly note:
●That you are not allowed to personally give the gifts to the artists during the show.
●There is a chance that the artists may not accept certain gifts.

● Cars can be parked at Lalaport car park for FREE. Only applicable to those who take the car park ticket; NOT Touch & Go users.
It is advised to plan your trip in advance to avoid traffic congestion.
