CIMB CARDHOLDERS PRESALE is open on Tuesday, 16 May from 10 AM to 11:59 PM MYT. Kindly take note that only CIMB Malaysia Debit/Credit Cardholders will be eligible for this presale. To access the presale smoothly, please refer to the following steps:

1. Login/ Register to Live Nation Malaysia (https://www.livenation.my/login).

2. Click on the “Buy Now” button under ‘CIMB Cardholders Presale’.

3. “Buy Now” button will be activated when the pre-queue starts (9 AM).

4. You need an account with GoLive to purchase the tickets. You will be redirected to the ticketing page once you login it to your GoLive Account. If your screen is white, wait for a minute and click refresh.

5. Enter the first 6 digits of your CIMB credit/debit card number to gain access to the presale.

6. Select your desired seat(s) and fill up attendee details correctly before proceeding to the payment page. 

7. Proceed payment with your CIMB Malaysia credit/debit card. Good Luck!

Seated sections are open to ages 5 years and above. However, minors aged below 14 years must be accompanied by a ticket-bearing legal guardian aged 18 and above.

General Admission/Free Standing is restricted to ages 14 years and above.

Customers can purchase max up to 4 tickets in one transaction. One card is RESTRICTED to ONE TRANSACTION ONLY.

Yes, each ticket admits one person only.

Pregnant women or patrons with medical conditions will not be permitted entry at the Standing Zone.

No, concert ticket purchased is for personal use only.

Your ticket may not be resold or offered for resale at face value or at a premium over the face value of the ticket (including via online auction sites) or used for advertising, promoting or other commercial purposes (including competitions, contests and trade promotions) or to enhance the demand for other goods or services either by the original purchaser from the event organiser/promoter or any subsequent ticket holder. If a ticket is sold or used in breach of this condition, the ticket may be cancelled without a refund and the ticket holder may be refused admission.
