⍟ VIP Package Check-In & Redemption

⏰ Est VIP Check-In & Redemption Time：4:00 PM Onwards

⭐ VIP Check- In Location: Level 4, VIP Counter, located near Merdeka Hall

⏰ Door Time：7:00 PM

• The VIP check in and redemption counter is located at Level 4 of WTC, next to Merdeka Hall.

• All VIP Package ticket holders are required to present their valid e-ticket during redemption for verification purposes.

• One ticket can redeem one VIP tour laminate, one VIP tour lanyard & one exclusively designed VIP merchandise only.

• Patrons are required to wear the VIP lanyards & laminates at all times to access the dedicated entry lane. Please note that replacements for lost VIP lanyards and laminates will not be provided.

• Please note that no latecomers will be entertained. You must show up at the stipulated date and time to redeem your VIP privileges.

• Please retrieve your e-tickets from your GoLive account/ email. You can download the E-ticket(s) in PDF format on your mobile phone/ device or print them on A4 -sized paper.

⍟ Box Office

⏰ Operating Hours: 2PM - 10PM

⭐ Location: Level 4, Counter located near Merdeka hall

• The BOX OFFICE counter is located at Level 4 of WTC beside Merdeka Hall. Operation of the ticket counter starts at 2pm & ends at 10pm.

• Please retrieve your e-tickets from your GoLive account. You can screenshot/ download the E-ticket(s) in PDF format on your mobile phone/device.

• You can access your E-ticket(s) from MyEvents where you can screenshot/download/present your E-ticket(s) on your mobile phone/device for scanning.

• If your E-ticket(s) are not showing on MyEvents, please check your Purchase History for your Booking Confirmation where you will be able to check for your E-ticket.

• You can access the Purchase History from the featured tab on the GoLive Website or App.

• In the event that you only possess the booking confirmation and do not have access to the E-ticket, please make your way to the Box Office for assistance after exhausting all the other options.

• If your ticket is invalid or has been scanned already, your entry to the show will be denied and you can proceed to the box office to file an incident report regarding this issue. 

• Please be mindful that your tickets are your responsibility as we are not liable for any leakage on your end.

 

⍟ Security Check

● For the safety of our audience, a security check is required upon entry. No suitcase is allowed. Any items against security regulations will not be allowed entry.

● All types of professional cameras and drones are prohibited and will be denied entry, and will be confiscated if found being used at the event. No selfie sticks, tripods, and monopods. Video and audio recording devices are strictly prohibited. Tapes, films, or other recordings may also be destroyed.

● For safety reasons, no outside water bottles/ tumblers/cans are allowed in the performance hall

⛔Age Restrictions: 

• For reserved seating, only individuals aged 6 years old and above are permitted. However, they must be accompanied by a ticket holder aged 18 years old and above.

• Babies and toddlers are strictly not allowed.

⛔Latecomers will only be allowed entry at an appropriate time. Late entry cannot be guaranteed.

7. Animals and plants of any kind

8. Glass and umbrellas

9. Cigarettes, E-Cigarettes, Vape, Lighters, and sprays

10. Sharp objects

11. Laser pens/pointers

12. Weapons of any kind & illegal substances

13. Outside Food & Drinks, water bottles/tumblers

⛔ All types of professional cameras and drones are prohibited and will be denied entry, and will be confiscated if found being used at the event. Only point-and-shoot cameras (no removable lens) should be allowed into the venue.

⛔ Video and audio recording devices are strictly prohibited. Tapes, films, or other recordings may also be destroyed. Those who violate the rules will be asked to leave the venue and restricted from entry.

Other Notice

• Gifts for Artist: You may bring gifts to the promoter booth at the box office, from which we will acquire confirmation from the artist and hand over.

Kindly note:

• That you are not allowed to personally give the gifts to the artists during the show.

• There is a chance that the artists may not accept certain gifts.

• 5 minutes walk from Putra Station - KTMB Tg. Malim - Pel. Klang Route

• Car Park available at WTC for a fee of RM 5 after 5pm.

• It is advised to plan your trip in advance to avoid traffic congestion.
