* Please note that there will be NO physical barriers between VIP Meet & Greet Package, VIP Soundcheck Experience and Standing Zone ticket holders, it is distinguished by entry order. Queue numbers will be assigned strictly on a first-come, first-served basis at the venue.

* Concert ticket and wristband (apply to Standing Zone only) are BOTH REQUIRED when entering, DAMAGED or LOST any of it will be disqualified.

* For safety measures, pregnant women and minors below 16 years old are prohibited to enter the standing zone.

✦ Things you should know -  VIP Experience Packages

• Strictly NO overnight queuing is allowed. 

• VIP Experience Queue number and Wristbands Redemption will take place at the VIP Redemption Counter on the Ground Floor, JUMPA. Please follow upon onsite staff instructions. All attendees must be present in person to redeem their queue number or wristband. Redemption on behalf of others is strictly prohibited, even with the ticket or ID.
• VIP Experience Queue numbers are non-transferable. If you have missed your entry time based on the queue number, please approach the onsite staff for assistance.

• All VIP Package ticket holders are required to present their valid e-ticket during check-in and redemption for verification purposes.

• One ticket can redeem one wristband and VIP Exclusive Merch items. Please redeem the items before admissions. Any uncollected items by the end of the events will be forfeited. 

• Please note that replacements for lost or damaged wristbands and Exclusive VIP Merch items will not be provided

• Kindly ensure you are fully checked in by 4:00PM to enjoy all elements of your VIP experience. 

• Please note that no latecomers will be entertained. You must show up at the stipulated date and time to redeem your VIP privileges. Merchandise not picked up on-site during the above check in hours cannot be shipped after the event. 

• During the Meet & Greet session, kindly note that No phones or cameras are allowed for the entirety of the session. If spotted with a camera or phone, you will be asked to put it away or have it checked in with security / box office.

• Video or voice recording is also NOT permitted during the Meet & Greet event.

• Kindly refrain from touching or hugging the artists. Please be mindful and respect each other’s personal space.

• No autographs and sharpies are allowed.

• Please ensure you have your VIP laminates / wristbands visible at all times.

• Schedule and timings are approximate and subject to change due to on-site situations. Please refer to Live Nation MY for the latest news updates.

✦ Things you should know -  Standing Zone

• Queue number and Wristbands Redemption will take place at the Wristband & Queue Redemption Counters on the Ground Floor, JUMPA. Please follow upon onsite staff instructions.All attendees must be present in person to redeem their queue number or wristband. Redemption on behalf of others is strictly prohibited, even with the ticket or ID.

• Queue numbers are non-transferable. If you have missed your entry time based on the queue number, please approach the onsite staff for assistance.

• There is no outside food and water into the standing zone, except for mineral water. Bottle caps must be removed.

• No backpacks, no trunks or bags larger than A4 size paper are not allowed for entry.

• Other prohibited items please refer to the “Prohibited Items” list below. Please do not bring any prohibited items to the venue. Once found, the audience will be escorted out of the venue and will not be allowed access to the concert again. There will be no ticket refund.

✦ Things you should know -  Seated Section

• Seats are all reserved seating. Please be seated in your assigned seat.

• No backpacks, no trunks or bags larger than A4 size paper are not allowed for entry.

• Other prohibited items please refer to the “Prohibited Items” list below. Please do not bring any prohibited items to the venue. Once found, the audience will be escorted out of the venue and will not be allowed access to the concert again. There will be no ticket refund.

• Seated sections are open to ages 6 years old and above, however, they must be accompanied by a ticket-bearing legal guardian aged 18 and above.

• Do not stand on chairs during the show. There will be a compensation fee for any damages caused by inappropriate behaviors. 

✦ Box Office / Info Counter

Any ticket validity or seating-related disputes must be brought to the attention of the event ground staff, or to the Box Office no later than 30 minutes from the start of the performance or event. You may file an incident report at the Box Office / Ticketing Counter. If no formal report is made regarding your ticket or any other ticket-related disputes, no requests for refund or compensation will be entertained after the event.

✦ Tickets - Important Information

• Please retrieve your e-tickets from your GoLive account/ registered email.

• Screenshot / download the E-tickets) with the QR code on your mobile phone for smooth scanning entry.

• There are no physical tickets for this event.

• Your e-ticket can only be scanned 1 (one) time during entry. Negligence made by ticket buyers is not the responsibility of the promoter / ticket partner.

• Tickets may be deemed invalid if scanned previously / invalid QR code or if duplicates are detected.

• Any ticket validity or seating-related disputes must be brought to the attention of the event ground staff, failing which, to the Box Office no later than 30 minutes from the start of the performance or event. You may file an incident report at the Box Office / Ticketing Counter. If no formal report is made regarding your ticket or any other ticket-related disputes, no requests for refund or compensation will be entertained after the event.

* Depending on the on-site situation, operation time and purchase limit are subjected to change without prior notice.

* The quantities of merchandise are limited. Sales will end once the stocks are sold.

* Please check the product when purchasing. Once you leave the counter, any damaged or faulty product cannot be returned or exchanged.⁠⁠

✦ Storage Counter

• There is a temporary storage facility provided for items not permitted in the venue.

• A fee of RM15 will apply for this service. Only cashless payment (Visa or Mastercard Debit/Credit) will be accepted. Neither party shall be held responsible for any stolen/lost/damaged items.

✦ Travelling to Mega Star Arena

We strongly recommend that you plan your trip ahead to avoid traffic congestion as we are conducting enhanced checks of tickets and security at the venue.

Public Transport

• MRT (Bukit Bintang)

Exit Pintu C, turn right and walk to Jalan Sultan Ismail (approx. 2min walk)

• Monorail (Bukit Bintang)

Use Exit E, turn right into Plaza Sungei Wang

E-Hailing

• Take e-hailing services to Mega Star Arena/ Sungei Wang Plaza

Personal Transport

• Drive your own vehicle to Sungei Wang Plaza or park at Lot 10/ Fahrenheit/ Lowyat.

✦ Prohibited Items

1. No backpacks, no trunks or bags larger than A4 size paper are allowed for entry. Any bags/Trunks against security standards will not be allowed for entry. Only Official merch will be allowed for entry, and security check will be required.

2. No power banks that are above 10,000 mAh.

3. No professional video and audio recording equipment / professional photo cameras / Telephoto lens / Drones / tablets / GoPro Cameras. / Detachable lenses or external flash units

4. Only transparent or disposable raincoats are allowed.

5. Umbrellas of any kind are not permitted.

6. No Glass and Metal container of any kind.

7. No Laptops and tablets

8. No illegal substances / drugs / dangerous items (according to on site definition).

9. No flammable materials such as pressurized cologne and perfume / pepper spray / kerosene / gasoline etc.

10. No weapons of any kind / lasers / laser pens / pointers / umbrella / monopod / selfie sticks or any sharp objects.

11. No Chains of any kind (including wallet chains), spiked jewelry, or spiked apparel items

12. No lighters / cigarettes(e-cigarettes) / candles / fireworks and any other type of pyrotechnics.

13. No pets and plants.

14. No chairs of any kind.

15. No fruits and vegetables.

16. No Big posters / flags / banners / LED banners / placards / balloons / signage / political banners and no whistles or any unauthorized cheer supplies.

17. No projectiles / missiles of any type.

18. No flash photography / videography.

19. No perfumes over 30ml and deodorants over 100ml will be allowed.

20. No other objects that are considered to threaten the safety, health, security and orderliness of the event by the organiser will be prohibited.

You will be asked to return any prohibited items to your car or store at the available storage facilities. Or it can be disposed of at the doors.

✦ Security Check & Other Regulations

For safety reasons, a security check is required at the entrance. To avoid delays in entering and enjoying the show, we kindly ask you to arrive early. Metal detector wands will be used for security checks. Those who bring prohibited items will not be allowed for entry. The promoter reserves the right to refuse entry to any person that does not comply with the security check requests. 

✘ Please do not bring any prohibited items to the venue. Once found, the audience will be escorted out of the venue and will not be allowed access to the concert again. There will be no ticket refund.

✘ Smoking is prohibited due to regulations.

✘ Any food purchased outside the venue cannot be brought into the GA area, except for mineral water. Water bottle caps must be removed.

✘ Do not stand on chairs during the show. There will be a compensation fee for any damages caused by inappropriate behaviors.

✘ No live streaming of any kind is allowed. No cameras, audio and video recording equipment or radio scanning/jamming equipment is allowed. Once any recording action is taken, the contents will be deleted by the staff. Those who violate the rules will be asked to leave the venue and restricted from entry.

✘ Clothing containing derogatory language, inciting violence, or promoting sensitive or offensive content will not be permitted entry to the venue.

✘ Flags of any kind are strictly prohibited within the venue. Anyone found in possession of a flag will be immediately ejected without compensation.

✘ Waiting for the artist outside or inside the venue (including all-nighters) is strictly prohibited. Waiting inside or outside the venue or in public spaces nearby, chasing, or sitting on the streets nearby is not only dangerous to the artists and the public but may also cause accidents or trouble involving the general public. Parties involved must resolve any accidents or incidents caused by these actions. The artists, organiser, and venue will not be held responsible for any accident or incidents resulting from these acts. In case of malicious behaviour, the individuals involved may not be allowed to enter the performance venue and may be handed over to the police for prosecution.

Please follow the event regulations. The organizer might restrict those who violate the regulations and reserve the right to pursue legal actions. Show cancel or postpone due to irresistible reasons, promoter will not be responsible for transportation and accommodation compensation. Live Nation reserves the rights to any amendments, changes or terminations of this event.

In creating a memorable atmosphere for all concert goers, please be mindful of the local culture and sensitivities in Malaysia and avoid displaying props or items that may cause discomfort to others.
